April became a Registered Nurse in 2000 and has been working in aesthetics since 2012. She earned her Nurse Practitioner degree in 2019 and expanded her expertise to include women’s hormone optimization—allowing her to support confidence and wellness from the inside out. Known for her natural, refined approach, April’s philosophy is simple: enhance what’s already beautiful while keeping results subtle and authentic. (She proudly claims Enneagram 3 status and owns it.)
April is married to her high school sweetheart and is the mom of two daughters—one in high school and one in college. When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll likely find her traveling, spending quality time with her people (her love language), or playing pickleball with her husband—an obsession they happily share.
Lisa became a Registered Nurse in 2005, spending much of her early career in trauma ICU nursing. She transitioned into aesthetics in 2015 and earned her Nurse Practitioner degree in 2020 to further specialize in this field she loves. Lisa has found her calling in blending science, structure, and an artistic eye—delivering treatments that enhance natural beauty with precision and intention.
Married to her husband for 25 years, Lisa is a mom to three daughters and also teaches in the Nursing Program at a local university. Outside of work, she enjoys DIY home projects, exploring new places, reading a great book, and savoring excellent food and drink. She never turns down caffeine, treasures fresh basil and happy houseplants, and believes sleep is truly sacred.
Born and raised in Bakersfield, Tasha has been a part of the Skinsation family since 2014 and brings over 20 years of nursing experience—17 of them dedicated to plastic surgery and aesthetic medicine. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with a minor in Psychology and is deeply passionate about helping patients look and feel their absolute best through thoughtful, results-driven care.
Tasha has been married to her husband, Pete, for 17 years and is the proud mom of two daughters who keep life joyful and busy. A lifelong animal lover, she often jokes that veterinary medicine would’ve been her calling if she hadn’t chosen nursing. Health, fitness, and travel are passions, but above all, Tasha values her faith, her family, and her close-knit circle. She believes kindness, positivity, and a genuine smile can change everything—and she brings that energy into every patient interaction.
Steph became a Registered Nurse in 2016, launching her career in the Emergency Room—where she still works today. She entered the aesthetics world in 2018 and later expanded her impact by becoming a nursing instructor in 2020, currently teaching pediatric nursing theory and clinicals at several local nursing schools. Her passion lies in skincare, anti-aging treatments, and forming genuine connections with patients to help them confidently reach their aesthetic goals.
A certified yoga instructor since 2014, Steph brings a calm, grounded presence to everything she does. She’s been married to her husband, Elias, for 28 years and is the proud mom of three sons and three daughters-in-love. She’s also a devoted “Honey” to two grandbabies, Remington and Colter. When she’s off duty, Steph loves hot yoga, body pump, international travel (10 countries and counting!), reading, and enjoying really good food.
